We are very pleased to present a very special 10 course Japanese cuisine influenced dinner with Sara selecting a pairing of sake with each course.  Many of you attended Sara’s classes on sake in the past as part of our Wine 101 series.  This dinner is the ultimate expression of the the great art of Japanese food and wine.

Sara is a Certified Sake Advisor through Sake School of America & Sake Service Institute, Tokyo, Japan.  She is also a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, a Certified Specialist of Wine through the Society of Wine Educators and received her Diploma through the Wine and Spirits Education Trust in London, England, in 2012
