On the anniversary of her birth, we celebrate America’s first and most beloved TV chef and the founder of the French cuisine movement in our country. Julia is responsible for inspiring so many top chefs and through her TV shows and cookbooks, made French culinary techniques an everyday thing for home chefs. Our culinary team has a passion for French cuisine. We salute Julia with our team’s interpretation of some of her classic recipes all paired with great wines from regions all over France.
